With over 1,000 projects completed in the UK and internationally, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to lead and shape high-end projects, including luxury private estates, premium commercial developments, public realm initiatives, and world-class resorts.

Role Overview

Job Type: Permanent

As a Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the development, design, and coordination of a diverse range of landscape projects across the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various project types and scales, including both private and commercial ventures. Required Experience and Skills:

• A strong and well-rounded skill set in design, with an emphasis on producing high-quality, innovative, and creative design solutions.

• Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD (Essential) Adobe Creative Suite (Essential) Microsoft Office (Essential) Sketch-up (Preferred) NBS (Preferred) Enscape (Desired) Revit (Desired)

• Working towards Chartership with the Landscape Institute or an equivalent knowledge development or qualification

Key Responsibilities:

Project Involvement & Design

• Support landscape design development, balancing creativity with practicality while meeting client requirements.
• Assist in producing graphics, reports, technical drawings, and planning applications.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors, ensuring projects align with ASD standards.

Professional Development & Leadership

• Engage in training, mentoring junior staff, and staying updated on design trends.
• Foster innovation, sustainability, and research-driven solutions within the team.

Project Management & Compliance

• Maintain project records and ensure adherence to budgets, targets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (CDM) regulations.

Location

Our main office is located in central Brighton. We’re also in the process of opening a satellite office in London. While we recognize the benefits of remote work, this position requires a majority of in-person attendance at either office to provide the necessary support and guidance.
