With over 1,000 projects completed in the UK and internationally, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to lead and shape high-end projects, including luxury private estates, premium commercial developments, public realm initiatives, and world-class resorts.

Job Summary

Job Type: Permanent

As a Project Landscape Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the design, development, and execution of a wide variety of landscape projects across the UK and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects of varying scales, including residential, commercial, and public realm developments. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing your expertise while also learning from others. You will have the opportunity to refine your skills in project management, client engagement, and design implementation. Additionally, you will receive tailored career support and mentorship to foster your growth and professional development, working closely with a Senior or Associate. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in landscape architecture, a passion for sustainable design, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Required Experience and Skills:

• A strong and well-rounded skill set in design, with an emphasis on producing high-quality, innovative, and creative design solutions.

• Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD (Essential) Adobe Creative Suite (Essential) Microsoft Office (Essential) Sketch-up (Preferred) NBS (Preferred) Enscape (Desired) Revit (Desired)

• Working towards Chartership with the Landscape Institute or an equivalent knowledge development or qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Design & Management

  • Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion, balancing creativity with practicality while adhering to RIBA standards.
  • Produce graphics, reports, technical drawings, and presentations for planning and construction.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, managing contracts and ensuring project delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Oversee quality control, resource management, and process optimization for high-quality, sustainable landscapes.

Professional Development & Leadership

  • Engage in training, mentorship, and skill development, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.
  • Encourage innovation, research, and emerging design trends, contributing fresh ideas and supporting team growth.

Business Development & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing competitive bids, defining fees, and ensuring transparency in project scopes.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (CDM) regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and site visits.

Location

Our main office is located in central Brighton. We’re also in the process of opening a satellite office in London. While we recognize the benefits of remote work, this position requires a majority of in-person attendance at either office to provide the necessary support and guidance.
