Experienced Landscaper & Project Site Manager

Monday to Friday on site from 7.30am - 4.30pm

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per annum depending on experience.
•    28 days annual leave inc Bank holidays

This is a genuinely exciting full-time role and key position within Apt Studios based in Newark Upon Trent. Working with the design team, you will organise, plan build works, and lead our in-house build team on site to deliver high-end, design led domestic garden projects across the uk. 

KEY SKILLS
•    You must have an eye for detail and take pride in your work with 2 years experience in project management. 
•    Good Communication skills, both verbal and written. 
•    Good people management skills and ability to keep the on-site team motivated. 
•    Good common sense. 
•    Knowledge of Health and Safety. 
•    You must be polite and confident to liaise with clients, suppliers and designers. 
•    You must be able to work from drawings and specifications provided by the design team. 
•    Experience in the use of plant machinery. 
•    Work under you own initiative, resolving problems on site independently. 
•    Excellent time management skills and able to work away during the week. 
•    Excellent knowledge and skill in both hard and soft landscaping. Minimum of 5 years experience. 
•    Have a good knowledge of plants and horticulture. 
•    A full clean UK driving licence is essential. 
•    Own transport for commuting. 
•    High level of numeracy and Excel spreadsheet skills. 
•    Qualifications in landscaping and CSCS Card would be beneficial but not essential. 
•    Previous employer references required x 2.
