Personal Assistant / Office Manager

We’re looking for a reliable, well-organised Personal Assistant to support a busy small business near Sherborne. This is a self-employed, flexible role — close to full-time — working with a small, friendly team in a varied and informal setting.

Main responsibilities include:

·         Day-to-day admin and office management

·         Diary and travel booking

·         Liaising with suppliers

·         Managing emails, files, and office systems (Mac and PC)

·         General support to keep things running smoothly

You’ll need to be confident with computers and printers, and able to work independently. Familiarity with tools like Photoshop or InDesign is helpful but not essential.

This is a practical, hands-on role and may occasionally include helping with planting or in the garden here which is very central to the whole set up — so flexibility and a can-do attitude are important.

We're looking for someone local, practical, and thoughtful — who enjoys keeping things organised and getting things done.
