The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect or Garden Designer to join our collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong design flair, technical ability, and a passion for creating high-end landscapes. You will work closely with the Founder and design team on a wide range of prestigious residential and commercial projects, taking a lead in the design development, client liaison and technical detailing. Playing a key role in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, creative designs for outdoor spaces
• Produce construction drawings, specifications, and visual presentations
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Manage client communications and attend meetings
• Oversee on-site works to ensure quality and design integrity
• Administer contracts and comply with CDM 2015 regulations
• Support studio processes and contribute to team development

About You

• Degree/diploma in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience, ideally in high-end or large-scale projects
• Skilled in Vectorworks (2D/3D), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong technical and detailing knowledge, especially in hard landscaping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
• Solid plant knowledge and planting design experience
• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Visualisation experience (Photoshop, Lumion, etc.)
• Familiarity with Excel and project management tools
• Genuine passion for gardens, plants and out door spaces
