Senior Garden Designer / Landscape Architect

We’re growing and are looking for a senior design leader who can step in, take ownership, and raise the bar.

This is a senior role for someone ready to lead high-end residential garden and landscape projects from first brief through to handover. You’ll be trusted with complex work, high-value clients, and real responsibility.

What you’ll do

• Lead garden and landscape design projects end to end
• Take briefs, develop concepts, and present designs confidently to clients
• Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
• Work closely with project managers and landscaping teams to ensure quality and smooth delivery
• Mentor and support designers where needed
• Take ownership of larger, more complex projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising standards

What we’re looking for

• Relevant professional training and qualifications, typically a degree or diploma in landscape architecture, landscape design or garden design
• 7+ years’ professional experience in a similar role
• Strong portfolio of high-end residential garden or landscape work
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and cost-conscious decision-making
• Calm, dependable, and comfortable managing responsibility
• Proficient in Vectorworks (SketchUp and Lumion preferred but not essential)
