Garden Designer

Full-time | Studio-based with some flexibility

We’re looking for a capable, confident Garden Designer to join our growing studio and take ownership of projects within a supportive, experienced team.

This role suits someone with solid professional experience who can run projects independently, present clearly to clients, and make considered, cost-aware design decisions. There is clear opportunity to progress as your experience grows.

What you’ll do

• Manage garden and landscape design projects from brief to delivery
• Take client briefs and present design proposals confidently
• Develop clear, practical and well-considered design solutions
• Work closely with senior designers, project managers and landscaping teams
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail

What we’re looking for

• Relevant professional training and qualifications, typically a degree or diploma in landscape architecture, landscape design or garden design
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and cost-led thinking
• Organised, reliable, and confident managing deadlines
• Proficient in Vectorworks (SketchUp and Lumion preferred but not essential)
