Full-time | Site-based

We’re growing the landscaping side of the business and are looking for a capable, reliable Landscaper to join our team in a mid-level position.

This role sits beneath our Foreman and Team Leader and works closely with our Project Manager. You’ll be trusted to manage your own day-to-day tasks on site, take responsibility for quality and organisation, and contribute positively to project delivery.

There is genuine opportunity to progress as the landscaping team continues to grow.

Most sites are within a reasonable travel distance of our Chichester studio, typically within an hour.

What you’ll do

• Carry out high-quality landscaping works on residential projects
• Manage your own day-to-day tasks and site organisation
• Work closely with the Foreman, Team Leader and Project Manager
• Take pride in quality, efficiency and site presentation
• Support and work alongside the wider landscaping team

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a similar landscaping role
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Well presented, reliable and professional on site
• Passionate about landscaping and keen to learn and develop
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Full UK driving licence preferred
