Senior Landscape Architect/Designer

Luciano Giubbilei is an award-winning garden design studio, established in London in 1997.

Focused on creating gardens for clients around the world, the working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with our close-knit team working collaboratively across all projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect/Designer to help design and manage complex landscape projects from concept to completion. We are looking for excellent technical knowledge, an advanced understanding of relevant production tools, together with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

In this role you would be responsible for client liaison, production of design drawings and presentation packages, material research (including nursery visits and the sourcing of samples) as well as attending project sites and meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and collaborators. 

Requirements:

• BA/MA in Landscape Architecture/Garden Design
• Minimum five years past experience within a landscape design studio
• Proficient skills in AutoCAD/Vectorworks, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills
• Experience administering contracts and overseeing projects on site
• High level horticultural knowledge, with a strong interest in designing with plants
• Ability to sketch and develop designs on paper as well as digitally
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
• Responsible, hard-working and passionate
• Availability to travel to sites
• Excellent colleague and team-player, with capacity to support more junior members of the team
• Fluency in English, any additional languages are a plus
• Candidates must have permission to work in the UK
