Studio & Business Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Line Manager: Company Directors
Responsibility for: No line management responsibilities
Probation Period: Three months

McCormack Noble is a landscaping and outdoor construction company delivering high-quality garden and outdoor projects. We are seeking a friendly, highly organised and proactive Studio & Business Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and down-to-earth company, working from our modern open-plan office within a characterful and architecturally distinctive building in one of London’s vibrant neighbourhoods. The role is varied and hands-on, combining business administration, project coordination and operational support, while also contributing to the continued growth and development of the company.
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and personable who enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing business.

Skills
• Familiarity with Xero and / or excellent accounting skills
• Excellent communication / coordination abilities
• Experience with office/financial administration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Professional and confident manner when dealing with stakeholders
• Experience of working with Microsoft 365, including Excel and Word
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
