Session 1 – 10:30am to 1:30pm
Session 2 - 2:30pm – 5:30pm
These sessions will be run by Sarah Morgan MSGD and are aimed at those wanting to submit for adjudication.
Target audience: To all seeking to become Registered Members of the SGD.
Places are likely to book up quickly. Please ask to be added to the waiting list if you are unlucky. Maximum of 6 attendees for each session.
Items to bring: One Survey drawing, one Presentation Plan, one Planting plan from a project of choice.
Please note the clinic will not involve discussion of the suitability of the pictures/ project etc, just the technical requirements of submission and basic design layout. There will not be time to critique the detail of every project.
Cost: FREE for Pre-Registered members but places must be booked in advance.
Catering: Drinks and biscuits will be provided however this is being hosted at a member’s home so if you have any specific dietary requirements you may wish to bring your own.
NB: In order to get through all the materials, the session timings are tight. Please arrive on time and leave promptly at the end of your session.
Please note: No refund will be given for cancellations. If the event is sold out and another delegate can be found the Society may, at its discretion, offer to refund the booking after deduction of a cancellation fee of £25. Tickets cannot be transferred to other events.

Directions: The nearest train stations are Bromley South, Beckenham Junction or West Wickham, which are a 15-20 min walk or short taxi ride away. The 352 bus can be taken from either Bromley South, West Wickham or Beckenham Junction stations - you have to make a request stop on Bushy Way and the venue is a few mins walk from there. There is also ample street parking. See map here
