Course Overview

This three-hour CPD session equips participants with essential skills to enhance customer interactions. The course covers customer experience fundamentals, effective communication techniques, and strategies for identifying and addressing pain points in the customer journey.

✅ Learn to create and implement strategies focused on the needs and preferences of customers
✅ Gain effective communication techniques, including active listening and empathy, to better connect with customers
