Owen Davies is a Civil Engineer with 27 years local government experience of Highways, Drainage, Flood Risk management across 5 London Boroughs and currently at Havant Borough Council. Designing and delivering projects ranging from a few hundred pounds to over £m from complex highway reconstruction through to simple green infrastructure and everything in between.
Owen has been designing and delivering SuDS and green infrastructure since 2007, his approach is to deliver simple projects using everyday ‘off the shelf’ products and materials ensuring simple maintenance, not always necessarily conforming to the usual norms and approaches by simply challenging and asking why?
