INTRODUCING BIODIVERSITY NET GAIN (BNG)

During this bitesize webinar Lucy will talk through the main elements of designing BNG compliant schemes for planning applications, working alongside ecologists, architects, developers and planning consultants. Using a few key case studies as examples, she will share her experiences of delivering BNG compliant landscape schemes, and the role of the landscape designer working within this new legislation framework.
Target Audience: This course is for any garden & landscape designers who want to equip themselves with greater knowledge and insight in preparation for their next project requiring BNG

Lucy Conochie focuses on environmentally responsible garden and landscape design, and is experienced in working with ecologists and architects to deliver Biodiversity Net Gain. Lucy has also done UKHab training (the habitat classification system upon which BNG is based). She has been Director of Lucy Conochie Design for over 10 years and is now based in Cambridgeshire.
