Sculptural Water Features – A Collection of Distinctive Water Sculptures to Bespoke Sizes

Tills Innovations are sculptural water artists, designing and handcrafting distinctive water features in Britain. For more than 26 years, the Tillett family has explored the relationship between water, movement, materials and form, creating water sculptures that become an integral part of the spaces around them.

Our work is driven by the way water can transform a setting – reflections that continually change with the sky and surrounding landscape, gentle movement and sound that create calm, or more dramatic forms that naturally draw the eye.

Our collection includes The Specular, The Volute, Rill Amaya and the AquaVeil Water Wall. Several designs can be made to bespoke dimensions, allowing their proportions to be tailored to an individual garden or landscape while retaining the engineering of an established Tills design.

We enjoy working with garden designers and landscape architects to explore how water can become a defining sculptural element within a landscape.

The Specular combines an aged bronze bowl with a dark reflective water surface and central sculptural form, creating a distinctive focal point where reflections of the sky and surrounding garden continually change.
Rill Amaya is a bronze water sculpture made to bespoke dimensions. Bubbling fountains create gentle movement across the dark reflective surface, while the aged bronze finish complements planting and architectural materials.
The Volute captures the natural force of a vortex within a water sculpture. The vortex continually changes and pulses behind a shimmering surface of water, creating a mesmerising focal point within the garden.
The Specular with an aged bronze bowl and central sculpture, shown with an above-ground reservoir and powder-coated side cladding. The cladding provides another way to integrate the water sculpture into a garden design.
AquaVeil water wall set within a Japanese-inspired garden, framed by sculptural topiary and bamboo with a patio in front. The flowing water adds gentle movement and sound while complementing the surrounding planting.
Rill Amaya can be manufactured in bespoke dimensions to suit an individual garden or landscape design, either as a standalone focal point or integrated alongside a terrace, pathway or planting.
The Specular can also be incorporated into a larger water setting, as shown here as a bespoke design within a pond. The central sculptural form creates a strong focal point while becoming part of the surrounding landscape.
AquaVeil water wall illuminated at night. Integrated lighting brings the flowing water to life after dark, revealing changing patterns across the water surface and creating a striking focal point within the garden.
A 2m variation of The Specular created for The Marquis Suffolk, providing a reflective setting for a central sculpture. Developed with interior designers Rendall & Wright as a distinctive feature for the hotel entrance.
Water feature created for the Rose Garden at Wynyard Hall, demonstrating Tills Innovations' wider experience of designing and engineering water within significant garden and landscape settings.
Animated fountains at Portland Hill, Nottingham University. This large commercial installation demonstrates our wider engineering experience, with sequenced fountains, remote controls, and integrated wind and frost protection.
A bespoke-size variation of Rill Amaya, created without bubbling fountains to form a calm reflection pool. The dark water surface mirrors the surrounding architecture and sky, showing another expression of the design.
