There are so many ways members can join in with our activities - the Society is run by its members for its members, so every person's input is important. Take a look at some of the opportunities available below.
Volunteering
Our volunteer council and committees are always busy and looking for people to get involved. Taking a more active role can lead to networking opportunities as well as a higher profile in the industry, as well as having a direct hand in steering the Society into the future.
Registered Members and Pre-registered members are eligible to join Council, and we would welcome all levels of membership to join our sub-committees. If you have a skillset that you think would be helpful, why not consider some of the below:
- Garden Design Journal Editorial Committee
- Symposium/Conference Committee
- Accreditation Committee (open to Registered Members and Fellows only)
- Sustainability Working Group
You might also be interested in joining our welcoming group of regional volunteers as a Regional Co-ordinator or Cluster Group Leader, helping members in your area connect and share knowledge.
