A different approach to planting design.
Due to the way that we conduct business and create drawings as a garden designer planting design often becomes separated from our initial design process and master planning.
This separation can sometimes remove all of the design process from plant selection and the creation of a planting design.
For thousands of years designers have used human proportion as the foundation for the creation of landscapes and architecture, it therefore makes perfect sense to look at ways in which we can use this to create a planting design.
In this bite-size session we will discuss ways which will help inform our choice of planting, we will consider the purpose of the planting and its relation to human proportion.
