Course Overview:
This three-hour CPD session is designed to help participants create or refine their business’s vision, mission, and values. By the end of the session, attendees will have a clear understanding of these essential elements and the tools needed to develop them within their own organisations.

✅ Learn the key components and characteristics of effective vision, mission, and values statements.
✅ Develop skills to create and articulate clear, concise, and inspiring vision and mission statements.
✅ Defi ne core values that align with and support the vision and mission of the business.
