About Anna
Anna is a sketching and planting teacher, planting designer and garden adviser. A previous head gardener at Long Barn, she now mainly gardens as part of garden restoration projects.
Choosing plants for sunny, heavy soil:
In this session, we will look at choosing plants for locations with sunny, heavy soil. Clay soil can cause trouble but is also full of potential for beautiful planting schemes. We will look at soil management to increase the chance of success. And we will discuss a selection of plants to hopefully increase your planting palette. There will be time for questions.
