Overcoming performance anxiety
In this workshop, we’ll explore the roots of performance anxiety and provide practical strategies to overcome nerves and step into the spotlight with confidence.
You’ll:
● Understand why performance anxiety happens and how it affects your mindset and behavior.
● Discover powerful tools to calm your nerves and find calm, focused energy in high-pressure situations.
● Create a personal action plan to feel more grounded, confident, and capable in any performance setting.
Abi Rogers began her journey into therapy and the psychology of performance by overcoming her own crippling social anxiety and stage fright, going on to sing professionally. She has since worked with countless professionals to overcome anxiety, master their self-sabotaging reactions and step into their true potential with calm, centred confidence.
