About Anna
Anna is a planting and sketching teacher, a planting designer and planting advisor adviser and previous head gardener at Long Barn. She also works as a 'roving head gardener' on garden restoration projects.
Course Overview
In this session, we will discuss ideas for how to create a tropical garden look in a garden, whether it is simply some bold foliage in an area of the garden or a more elaborate project. We will talk about general planting considerations, upper, middle and lower layers, lush leaves and splashes of colour and touch on practical considerations. And we will discuss a range of plants to hopefully increase your planting palette. There will be time for questions.
