In order to aid the SGLD’s Pre-Registered Members through the accreditation journey, the SGLD Council and Accreditation Committee are running a series of Core CPD sessions through 2026. These sessions will take place via Zoom and be delivered by members of the accreditation committee.
The course details are below:
Title: Planting Plans and Plant Schedules

Date: Wednesday 29 July 2026
Times: 10.00am - 3.00pm (with a 30 minute comfort break)
Numbers: Maximum 20
Target audience: Principally for Pre-Registered members. Please note this course is not available to Registered members, friends or students in the first instance but if you would like adding to the wait list please contact the office by emailing info@sgld.org.uk
This course will cover the following areas:
- Planting Plans and presentation
- Plant schedule
- Suitable plant palette
- Plant procurement and biosecurity
- Management considerations
The numbers for this course are limited to 20 but we will be running additional dates later in 2026/2027 so if you are not available for this date or the event is fully booked then please email info@sgld.org.uk and ask to be placed on the waiting list for the ‘Planting Plans Core CPD event’.
Please note that this session will not be recorded but you will have access to the presentation documentation after the event.
